CORKTOUR is a tourist company that aims to lift the lid on Portugal’s natural beauty and cultural heritage, especially in the Alentejo region, in a spirit of adventure and well-being.
We provide excursions and experiences that encompass leisure, well-being and cultural visits in the Alentejo, either using Lisbon as the starting point, or a town or city in the Alentejo itself. We have a multifaceted and complete tourist package, taking advantage of the fact the Alentejo is teeming with unique products that are still unknown to most visitors who come to Portugal.
What we do?
Our passion for the Alentejo, its heritage and its products led us to create the Stand-Up Paddle (SUP) product in inland Alentejo. The Cork Tour is the only service of its kind that focuses on combining the many reservoirs in the region and the surrounding attractions.
All our tours include tasting of the regional products, cultural visits and exploration of the surrounding nature, taking in the towns of Montemor, Évora and Estremoz and the many reservoirs in the region.
We have two tour packages. First we have the Stand-Up Paddle (CORK&SUP) option, which ranges from one day of adventure and nature exploration through Stand-Up Paddle, to the combination of the SUP activity with other thematic experiences in the Alentejo; the second option focuses on four thematic experiences typical of the Alentejo (CORK&CITY, CORK&CORK, CORK&WINE and CORK&OLIVE), which allow you to discover the culinary, cultural and natural wonders that this region of Portugal has to offer.
We also provide a Transfer Service, in Lisbon, from Lisbon to the Alentejo and between locations within the Alentejo, with an added option to go on SHORT TOURS around Lisbon and Sintra-Cascais.
Our products are complete and exclusive, providing a unique experience to discover the Alentejo. We stand out from the competition thanks to the exclusivity of our products and facilities, and the way we welcome and treat our customers.
Our private transport will provide you with an experienced driver, comfort, Wi-Fi and air-conditioning. We believe in an all-inclusive policy, so our vehicles come equipped with adjustable seats for children or as an option we provide a baby seat.
