All tours are private and exclusive to the group.
The experiences can be booked until 24h before, depending on availability. It is still best to book in advance to guarantee your spot for the tour.
For the packs the booking must be made minimum 10 days in advance.The pack booking confirmation is depending on avalability. We only accept a pack a at time for each date, so book as soon as possible to garantee your dates availabiliy.

Total price and way of payment will be send to you after you send the booking form.
The reservation is considered only after payment.
All reservations must be made by the site or by email.
Pack and experinece payments: 50% reservation, 50% 10 days before the pack
All experiences and packs are available everyday except when weather conditions restrict us to do so. In this case we will refund the payment, if you don’t rebook an experience in other day.
CORK&WINE, in this experience you can participate in the grape harvest since August to October. In the rest of the year we will substitute that for a guided walking tour to the vineyarards (Vinhas).
CORK&OLIVE, in this experience you can participate in the olive picking since October to January. In the rest of the year we will substitute that for a guided walking tour to the Olive grove (Olival).
CORK&CORK, in this experience you can see in the cork picking since June to August. In the rest of the year we will substitute that for a guided walking tour to the cork tree grove (Montado).
In SUP activities:
All SUP activities have low difficulty level, and are suitable for beginners.
It is your responsibility to ensure you have a suitable level of fitness to undertake the SUP tour, supplied by us.
Wearing a safety vest is mandatory during all tours, and will be supplied by CORKTOUR.
Follow all the instructions of the SUP instructor.
Make sure you have the appropriate clothing (light clothes, bathing suits and hat).
Put all doubts to the instructor, he is pleased to help you.
For cancellation options:

Until 48 hour, cancellation with no costs.
Until 24 hour before the tour, lose 50% of the payment;
Same day of the experience, lose 100% of the payment.

15 days before: no extra charge;
5 days before:loss 50% of total;
less than 5 days: no refund
All tours are suitable for groups from 2 to 6 persons.
We recommend you to have your own travel insurance to cover any unfortunate incident that may occur.
Seek the advice of your doctor for specific health recommendations and/or for any pre-existing health concerns before you travel to the area you are visiting. Any medical expenses or related costs incurred during your trip are not at the expense of CORKTOUR.
Children who are below 10 years old are not allowed to join the SUP activities tours for their own safety.
Please let us know the pickup place. And at the arranged hour you must be at the meeting point.
If you have some special need (food, children seet or extra stops) during the tour please write in the booking form or contact us earlier.
Our guides, instructors and driver speaks English and Portuguese. French is also available when asked previously.
